As of the most recent data, Freecash has 456 total complaints in the last 3 years, with 246 complaints closed in the last 12 months. The BBB submitted a written request to the company on April 22, 2025, encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.
Freecash responded to the BBB by stating that “given the large scale of their operation, they may have a significant volume of complaints.” The company claimed that various forms of fraud factor into how accounts are scrutinized but that accounts are reinstated if they are found to be legitimate. Freecash also noted that it serves as a host for the offers, so there may be times where the offer provider finds issues, such as users not meeting task requirements or previously completing offers.
The Core Issue
The tracking system on Freecash is designed to protect advertisers from fraud. Fake installs, bot farms, and emulator abuse are real problems in the mobile advertising industry. The tracking requirements that cause legitimate users to lose credit are the same requirements that prevent fraudulent claims.
However, the system places the burden of tracking failure entirely on the user. When an offer does not track, Freecash does not pay out of its own pocket. The platform collected its commission from the advertiser; the user performed the labor and they receive nothing.

If you use Freecash, follow every tracking requirement exactly. Use Chrome. Enable tracking permissions. Disable VPNs and ad blockers, do not switch devices, do not attempt offers for games you have ever installed before.
Even then, accept that some offers will not track for reasons beyond your control. The platform’s own guidance is to abandon those offers and try something else.
